Doe alsof u thuis bent in dit strandhuis met meerdere niveaus, dat alles biedt voor een onvergetelijk uitje, inclusief een eigen splash-pool aan de Golf! Het hoofdniveau biedt een ruime woonkamer, een tegelvloer en een natte bar met graniet. Hier vindt u ook een volledig uitgeruste keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten en granieten werkbladen die u zeker zullen helpen uw innerlijke chef te kanaliseren! De woonkamer schreeuwt comfort en ontspanning omdat het beschikt over drie grote banken strategisch geplaatst in de buurt van de flatscreen-tv. Het dekgebied is gewoon prachtig; u kunt lunchen of dineren aan de eettafel, er is grond toegang via de trap naar het hoogste niveau naar het strand, op slechts een paar meter afstand door duinen en zeehaver. Deze vakantiewoning heeft drie Gulf-front dekken.

The overall stay and spending time with our friends was nice but there were some cosmetic issues that caused concerns and did not match the listing’s photos. There was a horrible stain on floor 2 in front of the ice maker, the boards around the pool were concerning enough that none of the guest attempted to get into the pool and the electrical box in closet of one of the bedrooms on the second floor was fully opened and exposed wires. The home was clean, but there were cosmetic issues throughout. The house could use some major TLC. We had a good trip overall but the pictures definitely do not show the true condition of the home.

Great vacation disappointed with deferred maintenance

Lots of deferred maintenance.....windows leaking, carpet stained and wore out, no water on 3rd floor sink, elevator doesnt work, tile cracked, need new deck, wash machine doesn't work on 3rd, ice machine on 2nd floor doesn't work, no batteries in remote, etc. Not to be rude but im assuming you knew this already though based on other comments......just hoping some of this stuff would have been taken care of.

Spacious, perfect location, and beautiful view! Loved that everyone had their own room and bathroom. 20 people stayed and you would never know they were upstairs or downstairs. Kids loved the pool. Adults loved the ocean. Only 3 negatives… 1. Water stains on ceiling, 2.carpet on stairs could use cleaning, and 3. Terrible ants in the kitchen. Tried setting ant traps but didn’t work. None of these were deal breakers. Enjoyed the week.

Good house with great potential

Lots of pros and cons in this house, let’s start with the pros: location, away from the condos in a secluded area were there is little public traffic. Layout, this is the one of best home layout we have had with 3 living rooms with wet bars on each floor. Ice makers are on every floor (though 1 broke during the stay and Al wasn’t replaced). Pool has fence around it which was great with the kids. AC was amazing. Only ever went to 73 and place was freezing. Nice new patio furniture and plenty of seating. Now the cons. The primary issue I see was lack of upkeep. A handyman for a week would make a world of difference de. holes in wall with drywall screwed over with sign saying “do not move”, locks on back door don’t work, they have a piece of 1x4 to wedge in so people can’t access. Multiple high screws on the deck, we had to go around nailing them down as our 5 year old cut his foot day 1. The kids room was missing a TV and the shower curitan wasn’t installed. Elevator not working in 4 story house( this was disclosed in listing but goes with the upkeep issue). Multiple shower doors couldn’t close. Siding missing / ripped off the beach side patios. Pool fence strapped down by some cords, clearly been knocked down. I am not sure if it’s the new management company or the owner but the place needs some TLC and it would easily be a 5 star house but since gulf shores is hot it appears it’s being let go because it’s likey booked.

Great house with lots of space

This house had everything we needed for our large group including plenty of room! The teenagers loved having their own space on the 3rd floor and our grown kids with small children appreciated the 2nd floor with a bunk room for littles to share. The splash pool was an added bonus also! All of the kids actually spent a lot of time in it. The location was a little far down but we didn’t mind it. It was quieter and we had lots of space on the beach with very few people around us. We also cooked breakfast and dinner several times and had everything we needed. The house could use a few minor repairs (paint peeling, tile cracked, dirty carpet on the stairs) but overall it wouldn’t deter us from renting again. We will definitely keep this house in mind for our future family vacations!

We realy enjoyed our stay.There. was a problem with water in 2 rooms. A dedhumidifier and fan was put in. It was taken care of in a couple days ! The house was perfect for our family ! Loved watching the waves on the patios ! I hope to return at another time .Thank yoy.

Perfect getaway!!!

This house was perfect for our group of 18!! Nice large kitchen, 3 living rooms, and a bathroom for every bedroom!!! Also had icemakers on each floor which kept our coolers beach and travel ready the whole trip. The gated pool was great so our 2 year old didn't get in on her own. Location was excellent!! Far enough away from the hustle of the resorts so we had plenty of beach space for multiple tents and a baseball and football game! Can't wait to stay again!!!

Great size house, and perfect location.

House was great, but needs a lot of work. Ice machine was broke. Jetted tub didn't work, a bathroom faucet didn't work, carpet was really dirty, dryer took forever to dry clothes, and the outside decking was in terrible condition.

Needs cleaning and repairs

Kickback house has the potential to be the house we would return to every summer. However, it is not being maintained. It is roomy, in a great location, well laid out, and a fun pool. The problem was it was not clean, paint was peeling significantly from the cabinets in the kitchen, problems for 5 days with the living room TV, and VERY rough deck surface that caused several in our family to get large splinters. If these issues were resolved we would rent it again. For the amount of money it cost-thousands of dollars a week-it should have been absolutely clean and well maintained. We hope someone listens and fixes the problems with this great house.

Cosmetic issues left and right. Watch out for nails from the carpet to tiles plus the splinters from the wooden deck. Make sure your devices are secure in outlets because the outlets are worn and will fall out. Kaiser Realty are rude individuals and now I see why the 3.1 out of 5 rating is there.
