Dit charmante drie verdiepingen tellende vier slaapkamers, drie vol bad strandhuis biedt bijna 2.545 vierkante meter aan leefruimte, 2 veranda's en een handige garage voor één auto met 6 personen golfkar.

Beneden vindt u een ruime woonkamer met surround sound-tv, een eetkamer en een volledig ingerichte keuken met een eethoek, een koelkast met een ijsmachine, een aanrecht-ijsmachine, een magnetron, een vaatwasser en een wasruimte met een wasmachine en -droger op ware grootte. In aanvulling op de belangrijkste woonruimtes beneden is er een zeer prive-master suite en een logeerkamer met een complete badkamer.

Op de tweede verdieping vindt u twee extra slaapkamers voor gasten en een complete badkamer en toegang via een trap naar een groot kraaiennest met uitschuifbed. Andere functies zijn onder meer 9 en 10 voet plafonds, plafondventilatoren, centrale verwarming en airconditioning, en veel opslagruimtes.

Great family friendly home!

We stayed with 7 of our family! The home was very clean and stocked with all the needed essentials and the beds were comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and driving the golf cart to the pool and beach! Our only complaint was the propane grill did not heat up properly and took a long time to grill our burgers. Overall, we would highly recommend!!!

Overall, a great vacation was had by all. Although we were made well aware of the insufficient parking, it wasn't the best situation to park a car off the complex. But we knew it going in, so on us.

The photos show one of the rooms on the second floor having twin beds. These have been replaced with a king bed. Also, there are exactly 10 bath towels in the entire house. That is not enough for a house that sleeps 12 people! There were two kitchen washrags and two drying towels. Again, for a week's stay in a large home, that is very insufficient. Otherwise, it's well-stocked.

Our daughter found this house at Martinique and it was perfect for our extended family of 10. 3 houses away from 1 pool and about 10 minute walk from the beach and 2nd pool. We had plenty of linens and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have laundry baskets and a drying rack. Plenty of extra beach toys in the garage and the gold cart was so helpful for all. I do have 2 suggestions: please sharpen the kitchen knives and add more silverware. We always eat in all our meals. We were constantly washing silverware to have enough. The knives were very dull.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family ranged in age from 4 to 73 years and all 9 of us were thrilled with Martinique on the Gulf and especially The Crow’s Nest. We will always choose this house! The location was PERFECT! Being near the smaller inside/ outside pool was fantastic for the young children. We went early in the mornings and had the pool to ourselves. The 6-person golf cart and bikes were a hit. We took daily excursions on the golf cart just for fun. The little ones loved it and we could often make one trip to the beach or large pool because of the size. The house was lovely, well stocked, well maintained and perfect for a large group. We had one maintenance issue which was fixed in less than 24 hours. Every employee we met was genuinely nice and accommodating. The office personnel were wonderful from start to finish. Martinique on the Gulf is a hidden gem! We hope to return to The Crow’s Nest again!!
