Well-behaved dogs are welcomed with an additional pet fee of $100 per pet (maximum of 2 dogs), while no cats, birds, or other animals are permitted.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Tucked away in the private, gated community of The Dunes. A car is necessary for other activities, and the location provides easy access to local shops and restaurants, including The Sassy Bass and Tacky Jacks. Additionally, the property is a convenient driving distance to the Ferry to Dauphin Island.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There is a flight of stairs to enter the home. Once inside, three bedrooms are located on the second floor and the main master is on the third floor. Primary renter must be 25 years or older. This property is non-smoking.
