The Moorings, naast Sportsman Marina, is een van de Premier Luxury Condominiums van Orange Beach. Het nieuwste restaurant in Orange Beach ligt op een steenworp afstand van Playa at Sportsman Marina. Op jachthaven onroerend goed is ook een authentieke Tiki Bar.
We willen graag verhuren aan degenen die onze plaatsen behandelen alsof het hun eigen plaatsen zijn. Dit complex is gezinsvriendelijk.

Dit is een geweldig, twee slaapkamers, twee en 1/2 bad condominium aan de baai in Orange Beach bij The Moorings. Het is professioneel ingericht. Dit is een enorme eenheid van 1600 vierkante voet met een extra 300 vierkante voet overdekt balkon op de bovenste, penthouse-verdieping. Het heeft 9-voet plafonds met vloer tot plafond, muur tot muur ramen aan de achterkant van het apparaat en dakramen.

Dit condominium is de grootste plattegrond met 2 slaapkamers in The Moorings. Slechts 4 andere eenheden zijn zo groot. Het heeft een geweldig uitzicht op het zwembad en op Terry Cove en Robinson Island (het meest actieve gebied van de kust van Alabama) en de Golf van Mexico.

Het ligt direct naast het nieuwste restaurant van Orange Beach, Playa at Sportsman Marina en de authentieke Tiki Bar, Pleasure Island Tiki @ Sportsman Marina. Loop de achterdeur uit op 1/4 miljoen vierkante voet dokken en vis op bot en forel. Kom dan terug en kook ze op de roestvrijstalen Holland Grill op uw balkon. Hangen bij het zwembad van een hectare of naast de open haard in de flat. Kijk tv op een 45-inch LCD-scherm. De keuken is voorzien van roestvrijstalen apparaten, granieten toonbanken, premium keukengerei en hardhouten kasten.

Neem de boten in je voorbij terwijl je je favoriete boek op het grote balkon leest. U kunt uw boot meenemen en aan het dok vastbinden terwijl u blijft, wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt of u kunt een aangewezen slip huren bij de jachthaven naast de deur. Het komt recht uit je achterdeur. . Er is een kleine vergoeding om uw trailer op te slaan in de jachthaven naast de deur. ER IS GEEN TRAILER PARKEERPLAATS IN DE CONDO.

Klinkt als een geweldige vakantie? Het zal zijn als je dit condominium voor de week huurt. Als je besluit om in The Moorings te blijven, kom je jaar na jaar terug.

Deze woning wordt beheerd door Coastal Rental Group. We hebben een kantoorlocatie langs de golfkust van Alabama en zijn beschikbaar om onze gasten in een oogwenk van dienst te zijn. Wij heten u welkom om onze prachtige kustlijn te bezoeken.

De Moorings condominiums regels en voorschriften vereisen een "wekelijkse huur" minimum.

MINIMALE leeftijd om te huren is 25.

KENNISGEVING: Ik werd op 15-8-2019 op de hoogte gebracht dat The Moorings-zwembad voor de maanden oktober en november 2019 wordt gerenoveerd.

Comfortable and convenient.

If being right on the beach isn’t your top priority, this is a wonderful unit. The view of the intracoastal is very nice and the quality and space of the unit far exceeds pricier units on the beach.

The Moorings condos

The property was very nice. Large and not crowded! The rooms were spacious. Master bath rocked!!! Appliances were adequate but needed updated pans and cooking sheets. The view is wonderful. The doors going out to the deck are very hard to open. Maybe a bit of graphite or WD-40 might make them open easier. overall the stay was quite nice. The response from Vickie Miller was fast and concise. Could use more Disabled / Handicapped Driver spots. They only have 2 there and you have to fight to get them.

Beautiful Week

We enjoyed our stay at the Moorings. Valerie was quick to respond to our needs even though she was on vacation herself. The condo is nicely located and the view is breathe taking! We enjoyed watching the Sportsman ( next door) bring boats out on fork lifts. Very entertaining. Though there is an additional ice machine in the pictures it does not work, but the refrigerator made enough for our needs. The pool is nice and not over crowded, but does not supply umbrellas so we had to purchase one at Surf Style. The condo is very clean, but be sure to bring paper goods as the plates, cups and forks are limited. Finally, pots and pans are plentiful but the sheet pans really need to be replaced. Despite the minor issues we had, it was a great week in a great location. Thank you Valerie and Billy for taking care of our issues.

This is a luxury condo in excellent condition in a beautiful location. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the balcony is a picture postcard. Magnificent View!

What a great place to stay. The condo is beautiful and you can’t ask for a better view from the living room, master and the great covered patio! We were there two weeks and will definitely stay in this condo again. The pool and other amenities are fantastic. The beaches and restaurants are very near by. Everything was wonderful, can’t wait to return! Valerie was in touch with us the morning we were to arrive and made sure we had everything we needed.

We love this condo and the moorings in general. This year was a little less enjoyable due to the construction/repairs that started every morning of our stay before 7:00 am. But that isn’t the owners fault…just par for the course as they work feverishly to clean up after the hurricane and storms.

Pleasant stay

Our stay at the Moorings was awesome. The condo was the perfect size and was stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. My husband and I were very pleased with the bay view from Our balcony on the top floor, fun activities to watch at the marina and saw a few dolphins in the bay from our balcony. Right next door to The Playa restaurant that was excellent and we did a few take outs. Close to a lot of great restaurants like Docs Seafood, Buzzcats, Cosmos etc. we plan to stay here again in the future

Most Beautiful Place On The Bay

This property has the most amazing views - even with the rebuild of the piers. The condo is spacious, well equipped, plenty of pillows and blankets, fully stocked kitchen, etc..I can not say enough good about this condo! I HIGHLY recommend this condo. Best kept secret in Orange Beach!
