'This place was wonderful, would definitely stay here again! Clean quiet condo and neighborhood. Beach is beautiful and a very easy walk away. The two chairs and umbrella daily at the beach just really knocked it out of the park! It is also walking distance to just about any coffee shop, breakfast, lunch, or dinner spot, tons of adorable shops, and my favorite playa bowls! Everythings so close you would never have to drive.'

Great location too as we walked to Hurricane Alley for lunch (oysters were amazing), walked to Cafe Frankie’s for dinner (ask for Ciro, he treated us great!) and we went to Cafe Paris French Bakery for breakfast before we left. 'I greatly enjoyed staying at the hotel. Some may find the room or the building dated but I found it to be charming, clean, and in a great location. The price was very affordable, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. There are a variety of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store, so some nights I’d go out with people but others I could just buy some groceries and cook in the unit. 'The property is in an amazing location across the street from the beach and also walking distance to all the shopping/restaurants on Atlantic Ave. It is impeccably maintained and very clean. There is phone number you can text for anything you need (extra towels, etc) and the staff is very responsive. The AC is amazingly cold and effective (necessary in FL in July). The bed is a little hard, but overall I thought it was an excellent place for the price and would stay there again.'
