'Nice place with roof top pool. Very clean and they accept pets for a fee. Room was big with a separate living room and full kitchen. Close to many restaurants and included parking. The balcony we got was a little noisy with the garbage and delivery trucks in the early mornings but nothing overbearing.'

'Do not book this property, it was terrible, totally misrepresented "Large Condo Steps to Water, Brand New Everything" in the the header. "Steps to Water" is a good 3 blocks down the street, through the parking lot, then there is a sidewalk & concrete breakwater with nothing but rocks on the other side. No sand and no entry to the water. To even view the water you need to stand in the middle of the street & 3 blocks down the road you can see some water. The washer/dryer are outside & the washer...

'We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the green room. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Sasha was an excellent host and very helpful and communicative. The room overlooks the pool and the building is very historic and cool. We look forward to renting again! Highly recommend!'
