'There is no clock in the room. There is no microwave in the room. No breakfast buffet. My room had a coffeemaker, but others in my group did not., and hot drinks are not available in the lobby. The TV remote was difficult to use. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned, but was quickly given a different room.'

'The room needed multiple repairs. The bathroom door did not lock or stay closed, the thermostat did not work do it blew hot air, then cold all night, the water for the shower stayed Luke warm and never got hot. This place needs maintenance. '

'Breakfast was basically limited to oatmeal for me, since I'm vegan, but I discovered oatmilk in the refrigerator, which was nice for the oatmeal and putting in coffee. Some fresh fruit might have been nice, but other than that, no complaints.
Location was very convenient, with restaurants and stores I was able to easily access. Also, a gas station down the street.
Emani was especially helpful with some of my crazy questions the first few night I was there.
I did not want daily cleaning,...

'Page 2 of review for April 4, 2026. The manager called the police to have us arrested for tresspassing. My husband and I are seniors and our son who was with us is disabled. The police came to the hotel and spoke with us. We talked to them about out situation and they told us we would not be arrested. They left and in a few minutes they came back, handed us two room keys and said an anonomys donation was made on our behalf and we had a room for one night. We were very excited and so grateful....
