'Probably the best capsule room I’ve ever stayed in. The capsule itself was perfectly clean, modern and surprisingly spacious (for a capsule). The bathroom and locker facilities were also great and cleaned daily. Only heads up I would give is that there are only public bath/shower options - I might have missed that on the listing, but it was a slight surprise. It’s also further out from a lot of the main Busan attractions, so be prepared for a lot of public transport '

'NOT a family friendly property not a bad hotel just not family oriented. Staff was nice room was clean. Fortunately my daughter is only two and was not able to understand all the adult content. As in free condoms massage oils and ordering forms of adult materials. If it were just my husband and I wouldn’t mind it but kinda awkward with a two year old. '

'This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I checked out after only one night and was not able to get a refund for the other two nights I had booked. Airtel Busan shouldn’t even be listed on Expedia and I am upset that they let a place that is so dilapidated book on their platform. The bathroom was completely covered in black mold, the room is next to a factory which can be heard through earplugs while you try to sleep. NEVER BOOK HERE'
