'Not what we had expected but a pleasant stay. This is not a hotel but rather a room in a town-house. The room was modern, clean and we'll furnished. Very close to all Chester's main attractions. We enjoyed our stay.'

'Location is great. Hote Is basic as reflected in price as well as reviews. Restaurant at hotel was terribly understaffed - only one chef. Took an hour and 20 mins for food to arrive. Secondly, there was no daily cleaning or towel change and was not mentioned clearly.'

'Upon arrival there was a queue to check in with no staff at reception. After a short wait I went to find someone. Was told by the bar staff member he would come once he had served at bar. Shower didn't work in room so had to be moved to another. There was running water in this room however more of a drizzle out the shower so impossible to use. Toilet roll holder broken. Very run down and needs a lot of money spending on it. Breakfast in morning wasn't the best either. Me and my husband left...
