'We had some check in issues with the room but the general manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved and we had the most comfortable and best stay. The chef Mr Cheung is amazing, making us special dishes to our requirements. Highly recommend staying here as the hospitality was really good'

'This is a beautiful brand new hotel that has a wonderful view. The Manager Akshit upgraded our room and helped us book taxis. His hospitality was excellent, he even drove us to our bus stop and waited with us to ensure we got the right bus. Akshit was excellent and we loved our stay!'

Bath didn't have got water, food service took an hour, waiters failed to understand what we were saying, stray cats and dogs were moving about inside the hotel.
