Every need was taken care of and flexibility in timings for meals was greatly appreciated. No shortcomings in services at all. Never felt we were staying in a commercial hotel, felt as if we were staying at our own home. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit again and strongly recommend to all friends.'

'Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better...

'This is a great property, ideally situated to climb to the Tigers Nest. It's further away from Paro. The rooms are great ( and yes they have wooden baths!! ). Some rooms feature a view of the Tigers Best. Welcome cocktails and a great lounge area.'
