'They were in the middle of a remodel of half of the wing of the hotel which if you know about up front is no deal killer , properties do need to be updated and maintained however none of that was disclosed before the booking. We stayed at this particular hotel because we have kids and they had an indoor pool, that we weren't able to use because it was broken. Staff was very professional and said they tried to contact us , but because we booked through 3rd party they were unable to reach us. ...
