'Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig. '

'Please beware this place has a bug infestation and it’s so hard to get in and communicate with the people for the code. We couldn’t even stay because it was inhabitable. I reached out directly and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Please save your time and money! my family had to look for another place around three in the morning. Such a hassle'

'This was the best hospitality experience I could have hoped for on my first trip to Costa Rica. The hotel manager Sol and her staff treated me like a family guest. 'When you arrive through the durt road 2 min from town, you immediatly smell the garbage in the street that is left outside. This wasnt a good start for us. But The hotel looks like the pictures, the room was Nice. the pool is smaller And the water in the pool wasnt that clear (or clean) the hospitality is very good. 'Very nice, clean accommodation in a central location, just off the really busy area of playa Tamarindo, so it’s quiet at night. Everything is still within easy walking distance. Our room had a large comfortable king size bed and a functional mini kitchen. Also the staff were incredibly kind and helpful and there are 6 parking spots at the back of the hotel property which are free and convenient.'
