We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 12 adults! The hotel staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the hotel was so lovely and cosy. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we enjoyed the extensive bar menu on multiple evenings. Many of our party loved the pool area too to relax and escape from the hot humidity. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler.

I highly recommend to stay at the Manoir des Arts hotel conveniently located in the center of Haiphong. The hotel has been nicely remodelled and kept the charm of a French old colonial style. The team is constantly looking at giving you the best and attentive services. The breakfast is amazing and offer you either the traditional Vietnamese cuisine or the European way. If you want to visit Halong Bay, it's a good idea to stay at this hotel and join Got ferry harbour to board a cruise for Lan Ha bay or visit Cat Ba island.

近くには和食のレストランや 冷房のきいた清潔なレストランが多く さらにスーパーも徒歩5分以内 ハイランドコーヒーも隣にあるので 日本人には嬉しい立地かと思います。 ホテルのスタッフはみんな若く明るく親切です。 冷蔵庫の冷えが弱いのがマイナスかな? 部屋は清潔で良いのですが、掃除の時間が かなり短いので見えない所が少し気になる。 交通量の多い道路に面しているので 低層階は車のクラクションがうるさいです。 シャワーの水圧は満点です。

Very nice hotel in a lovely old building. Tastefully furnished. Nice big bed. Helpful staff. The room window looked directly onto a wall less than 1 meter away, which was a shame.

Beautiful hotel close to the ferry.
We needed a hotel so we could catch the nearby morning ferry over to Cat Ba Island. Excellent location...short taxi ride to ferry port. The outdoor pool area was very nice with Frank Sinatra playing in the background. Room included breakfast which was convenient just before our ferry ride. All and all a beautiful hotel.

하이퐁 최고의 호텔 입니다 예전 프랑스식 건물을 리모델링 했다고 하더군요 아름다운 건물 청결함 친절함 최고의 조식 뭐하나 빠지는게 없습니다 그리고 휴일에 약국을 찾는데 도움을 준 bellman Đức Toàn 정말 고맙습니다 덕분에 불편함 없이 약국을 찾았어요 조식 정말 잘나옵니다 그리고 레스토랑 엄청 저렴해요 밖에 나갈 이유가 없습니다 아직 오픈한지 6개월 뿐이 안되서 많이 알려지진 않은거 같은데 정말 최고의 서비스를 받았습니다 직원들 정말 친절해요!!
