'Place not so expensive but amazing. Has laundry and drier. Has kitchen with big fridge, microwave, water boiler, utensils, plates, I think has portable single cookware. Good AC. Nice bathroom too. Owner was very responsive. You’ll need to have WhatsApp to better communicate with owner though. Very close to Bahá’i gardens, 1-2 mins walk to the ground terraces. 'I stayed here for two days in Dec2013. Initially, it was hard to find (check in at Loui Hotel) but everything was OK. The room is large, quiet, bed is good, shower is alright and I found it pleasant that you just live as if you have your own apartment there. Busses leave in front of the building.'
