THE HOUSE is fully renovated, and has 5 bedrooms, 4bathrooms. It has a upstairs lanai with a full table and beautiful ocean and sunset views. You will immediately relax in an open airy floorplan. Enjoy the cable-equipped big screen TV. The fully appointed kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and everything you will need in a kitchen. It also has a brand new full-size barbecue downstairs so you can enjoy Barbecuing outside while going in and out of the downstairs enjoying a game of pool or foosball while cooking dinner. The master suite downstairs has a king size bed with adjoining bathroom with shower; second bedroom downstairs has a full-size bed; The upstairs master suite bedroom has King size bed And adjoining bathroom with shower; upstairs second bedroom has full queen size bed; upstairs third bedroom has two twin beds.

There are ceiling fans in every room with several cross breezes.

This is a no smoking House. NO PETS of any kind allowed. No service animals allowed. The security deposit is $2000 based on 30 days. If there is a longer lease between tenant and landlord of three months and longer, the security deposit would be the same as first months rent.
Tenants will agree to the five bedroom, four bath house rules that you will be given and required to sign and acknowledge the rules of the property.
