'The amenities at the Hokupa tower were excellent, the food for breakfast and dinner were really good. Our rooms were located on 9th floor and the view of the pools and the ocean were breathtaking. The location of the resort is unbelievable, close to the shopping and more restaurants. Overall great experience.'

'They upgraded us to a junior suite, which was 1 king size bed and sofa bed, for 3 people,which ( sofa bed) was urine and bloodstained. After complaining to front desk, they finally gave us our original room. Hours later, they called and left giggly. Message apologizing and saying, the next guest will have a clean bed.'

'The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...
