'We are "stuck" here for an extra 2 days due to the Kona stirm. Staff have been exceedingy patient and friendly and accommodating during this challenging peroid. They even got me to the local emergency room for treatment of an acute injury. Our room was gorgeous!'

'Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside.'

'I was told i had a breakfast included in my room, but i did not. We wete here for two nights and the night we paid less for included the breakfast. When I complained, Marilyn said she would get me a voucher. When I went to the front desk to get the voucher, they said no.'

'I rented a two-bedroom unit. The bedrooms and living room were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. The view was great, and the unit itself was spacious and comfortable.'

'Overall, a nice place to stay. Room was nice. Pools were nice. Right on a good section of beach. Free valet services, but the valets were hard to find at the desk and a little slow. It also does seems a little odd that they’re still not cleaning rooms as if we are still worried about Covid. Not even an offer to clean the room or replace towels, soap, toilet paper, etc in the week we were there. Also, a little odd that you keep the “spa” in your name when it is shut down and not opening...

' The room didn’t really have a balcony, just a very narrow space about 12” wide that you could stand on, no chairs would fit. Also, the ocean view was very very small. These two things were very disappointing since the room was advertised as having a balcony. Our room smelled heavily like marijuana when we first arrived, and the toilet had not been cleaned. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were at 98% capacity, and there were no comparable rooms. So the value for what we paid...

'Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed'
