'Absolutely loved our room. The kitchen was spacious and had all of the necessities. The best part was the lawn chairs, umbrella and tote bag provided in the room. Rooms large enough to relax and not feel so crowded.'

'We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up on basic spices, condiments, coffee, etc which was a bonus. Kevin also provided beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location is great. It’s close to many restaurants and right next to a beach where you can spot turtles! Also this place has a pool and hot tub jacuzzi which was our favorite after a long day. And there is laundry available in the condo complex...

'The room was perfect for our stay. The grounds are very nice with 2 pools and a tennis/pickleball court. The lanai is well stocked with beach gear. The instructions for starting and ending the stay were easy and clear. Highly recommend!'

'This oceanfront condo in Kihei is a gem! The view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was convenient not only to the beach right in front, but also to many shops and restaurants. The space was immaculate - and I have high standards. Nice A/C units, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels - what more could you ask for? Probably the cleanest property rental I have ever stayed in. Walking along the secluded, adjacent beach is somewhat limited as you run out of sand...

'Locating how to access the property was a bit of a challenge, but once we figured out the maze, we were good. It was a great 2BD floor plan with the 2 Bathrooms was a plus. Needs minor TLC here and there, but nothing major. I'd rate it 8/10.'

'Great location for our Maui stay! Just a block off the beach and within walking distance of a good many park areas, restaurants, and shops. We dud have occasion to communicate with our host and he was always prompt and helpful.'

Also, a very convenient area to take different drives around Maui to see Napili, Maalaea Harbor, Paia, or the crater. We crossed the street most nights to watch the sunset on the beach, just steps away from the condo! 'A cozy place just right for us to stay while visiting family in town. Minutes away from groceries, beach, food trucks, and other attractions in town. Loved having all the beach chairs, boogie boards and other fun family activities like available for us to use during our stay. They even provided an electric pump, which we used to blow up our own floaties for our kids to use. Others on the property were friendly and greeted us when passing. 'Tracy thought of everything!! This place was clean, cute, and cozy. Everything we needed to make our stay in Maui was included. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and that Tracy had beach chairs, multiple coolers, and an umbrella for our use. Her extensive movie collection made our nights fun, and her Maui books were super helpful. We hope to come back!!'
