Onze tweede verdieping unit is een ruim voorzien van airconditioning, een slaapkamer met gewelfde plafonds die is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om te genieten van een ontspannende vakantie in een tropische setting. We hebben gratis Wi-Fi en een I-phone / I-pad docking stereo-installatie in de woonkamer, I-phone / I-pad docking wekker in de slaapkamer, 2 muur hing een lcd-tv's, een nieuwe 60 "LCD Smart Wi-Fi tv en Blu-ray-speler in de woonkamer toegevoegd mei 2015 en 42 "LCD-tv in de slaapkamer. Nieuwe slaapkamer meubilair werd in november 2013 geïnstalleerd in de slaapkamer, ook een cabriolet queen-size slaapbank in de woonkamer voor comfortabele slaapplaatsen van maximaal 4 personen. Het toestel beschikt ook over een full size keuken met nieuwe werkbladen en spoelbak, vaatwasser, 4 pits gasfornuis, nieuwere grote koelkast en magnetron. De ruime eigen Lanai heeft uitzicht op de tuin en tropische decoraties. 4 strandstoelen, parasol 2 boogie boards, zandkastelen bouwen speelgoed voor de kinderen, zijn 2 strandlakens & 1 koeler voorzien. Ons appartement is gelegen in Noord-Kihei aan de overkant van Kalepolepo Beach park en walvissen centrum Het strand heeft kalme ondiepe wateren en is perfect voor het bekijken van de zonsondergang over de naburige eilanden Kahoolawe, Molokini en Lanai zon. Sugar strand is ongeveer 1000 voeten weg en is het langste stuk strand op Maui ideaal voor lange wandeling of lekker jogt, vissen en zonnen.

Het pand beschikt ook over een groot rustig zwembad, hot tub, gas barbecues, putting green. Het rustige zwembad met een overdekte zithoek is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van het tropische eiland bries na een dag vol sightseeing of winkelen. Winkels en restaurants zijn vlakbij en je zal niet opraken van de dingen te doen met alle activiteiten opties Maui biedt.

Ons appartement is ideaal voor een betaalbare, rustige en vredige vakantie met tarieven zo laag als $ 60 per nacht in het laagseizoen en $ 100 per nacht in het hoogseizoen.

Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls?

Amazing condo in a beautiful, convenient location! We really enjoyed the snorkels and boogie boards provided on the lanai, as well as the well-stocked kitchen. The community hot tub and pool were excellent as well. The condo was very clean when we arrived, and the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and easy. It really was just steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay in Maui. It was away from the busy area in Kihea and across the street from a small beach. Only issue was finding the unit in the evening because of the lighting. We were able to see the sunrise from the bedroom window then walk across to see the sunset!

The place is conveniently located. Beach access was okay- there was construction going on so that made it less convenient. The place was a little dirty. The pull out bed had sheets in it that were dirty/unwashed. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. My kids need some chill time and the television set up was not good- there were many channels and the technology seemed outdated so we couldn't stream from our devices. The place would have been fine if it were just me traveling but for my family it was a little uncomfortable. Also my kids who are pretty well behaved spent time in the pool and it was often full with other folks. Unsure if they are residents or other travelers but many of them seemed highly annoyed with my kids who were not that annoying. The place had a lot of great snorkeling and boogie board gear to use. We appreciated that. I would not book again only because my kids were uncomfortable in the pull out bed, the TV set up didn't work, and it just had some grumpy adults around the pool. It's a cute place and has potential.

Kihei Bay Vista Stay

The property was more than I had hoped for. The location is right across from a park with beach access and the National Humpback Whale Institute. The condo was well maintained and clean. Extras included dish washing liquid, a washer and dryer with detergent pods, and some beach gear (beach towels, snorkels, flippers, beach chairs and a small cooler). There was plenty of parking close to my unit. The swimming pool and hot tub were convenient, and I enjoyed talking with other guests.I definitely would book another stay here.

Pleasant Stay with Family for Spring Break

We enjoyed the condo. We stayed with 2 tweens. We used the pool and hot tub daily. The accommodations were nice. Parking was great to have close and was free. We were very close to the beach. We cooked a lot of meals in the condo and used the washer and dryer as well. Good spot to stay for the week and take in all the the island had to offer. We would stay again.

Clean but customer consideration and check in was lacking

We came to Maui to celebrate a family event and would only be in town for a day and a half. We contacted the Management company to request an early check in due to the fact that our flight arrived in Maui at 1 pm and our event was scheduled for 5:00 pm the same day. We were hoping to get into the apartment earlier than 4 pm so that we could shower and get freshened up before the event. We contacted the property manager twice. Management made no effort to accommodate our request. When we arrived at the unit, we became aware that the unit did not have an elevator. Being older ladies, this made it difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs to the unit. Not having an elevator in the building was not listed in the description. Had we known there was not an elevator, we never would have rented this unit. When we entered the unit at 4pm on the dot, the temperature in the unit was around 100 degrees. There was no air turned on to the unit prior to our arrival. (It was clear that no one had been in the apartment prior to our arrival and that an early check in would have been possible) It took nearly a half a day for the apartment to get to a half way comfortable temperature. The bedroom never really made it to a comfortable temperature and never would have without the fan blowing directly on you when you were trying to sleep. We would not use this condo again.

Quiet, safe, great location!

Perfect location with everything you may need

Highlight: walking distance from the beach! So close that you could nearly see the beach & ocean from there the balcony. The area had very warm weather while we were there (mid-high 80s during the day), so keeping the windows open overnight was super helpful. In-unit washer and dryer was a game changer.

Beautiful stay

The property was easy to find from the airport. It was clean and very nice. The beach gear was really nice to have during our stay and we used it daily. There are a lot of good places near by and many beaches within walking distance or a very short drive. The owner was very responsive when i had inquiries and check out was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except it was hot in the condo. The instructions are to turn off the AC when you go out. When you return to the unit it is hot and takes ages to get comfortable with the AC running, 2 ceiling fans and 1 floor standing fan I recommend better blinds in the bedroom to cut back on the radiating heat. As I said everything else was fabulous. Just cross the road to the beach to swim and see sea turtles or do some beach combing. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. Thank you

The property and location were great. We were close to almost everything and having the beach literally out the front door was fantastic. The only miss was not having a broom to sweep up and the dishwasher didn’t work. Overall a great place and a great location!!

Great location!

We were very impressed with the accommodations of this property including the beach gear for use and the cleanliness. Our only complaint is that the window air unit was in the living room and did not send any cool air to the bedroom. Because it didn't cool done below 70s during our stay, it made for warm nights and uncomfortable to sleep. Everything else was perfect!

The room was very nicely decorated in an hawaiian style interior. Very clean and updated.It comes with everything you need including washer and dryer. Bedroom could use a a/c unit it was a little on the warm side. but does have a/c in the front room. Nice place.
