Dynamiet tarieven op een Dynamite Maui Vista vernieuwde begane grond zwembad voorkant # 1108. Eigenaren hebben een uitgebreide keuken, woonkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer verbouwd. Begane grond eenheid in het veel gewenste gebouw # 1 - loopt recht naar zwembad (geen uitzicht op de parkeerplaats van onze eenheid) of 200 werkelijke stappen van uw Lanai bij het zwembad naar Charley Young strand. Nieuwe apparaten, hickory-kasten, massieve granieten toonbanken, met glas betegelde rug, op maat gemaakte bijpassende hickory neerklapbare 'KING' Murphy Wall-bed en een goed bedeelde 70 inch aan de muur gemonteerde slimme HDTV. Yep ... Het is een 'GROTE' maar ik ben op Maui geweest toen het non-stop regende. Ik kan net zo goed een beetje luxe hebben als je vanbinnen vastzit. Naast het is zo groot en wartels je kunt het zien vanaf de Lanai .... waarschijnlijk het zwembad .... ach, misschien zelfs het strand!

Host was extremely nice and accommodating, condo was clean and comfortable! I loved that it had AC in both the living room and bedroom!! Had everything I needed during my stay! This unit is located in building 1, which to me is the most desirable due to proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants!! I would highly suggest staying here while in Kihei and would definitely stay here again!!

This was a perfect spot for both of us. Mark and Pam were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Another thing I like is that the communication between Mark and ourselves was fantastic and very quick. The condo is clean, spacious, and modern, with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen (plenty of pots, pans, and utensils), and lots of beach gear. Its location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, with food, gas, and groceries close by.A special note of gratitude: they kindly allowed us a later check-out, which may not always be possible, but made our last day especially relaxing. Best room in Maui Vista!

I have been staying at Maui Vista every year for years, have had many rooms, none like this. The owners are great, the room is better than advertised, I will definitely be re booking to stay here again! Worth every penny. If this room is available, book it, you won’t fond one better. The pool is just outside the patio door and the walk to Charley Young is as close as you can get. 10 out of 10 all day.

This condo unit was perfect for our needs. My wife and I are regular Kihei visitors, but we had never stayed at Maui Vista before. When I found this listing online, it really peaked my interest. Let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. Well appointed, renovated unit. All the amenities that you need. Clean, and right at the footsteps of the best beach in Kihei. Mark (host) was outstanding, and responded to all of my messages immediately.I highly recommend this unit, to anyone that is looking for a one bedroom unit (with extra Murphy in living room), and wants to be in the heart of Kihei, and just steps from the beach.5 stars all the around!!!Well rent this unit again.

Close to Perfect!

We enjoyed this condo while visiting family for 2 weeks in June. For us, the most excellent qualities of this home were the comfortable beds (including the Murphy bed!), the air conditioning in the living room AND bedroom, the location (especially being in bldg 1), the ground floor lanai and short walk to the pool and beach! We also used the beach chairs and umbrellas just about every day. There were also several ice chests. The grounds of the entire property were very well maintained and parking was never a problem. BBQs worked well and are very close to the condo. The owner always responded almost immediately whenever we communicated with him. We had a problem getting the cable TV to work and it's an older smart TV so we were unable to add new apps to it to watch anything else. But it was nice to "check out" from TV while we were on Maui. There's a musty smell in the bedroom (maybe from the wooden furniture that got damp?) and not a lot of toiletries provided but the positives by far outweigh any slight negative we may have experienced. We inquired about staying here again in October but it's booked and we have an extra person so we were able to book a 2-bedroom in the same building. We've stayed at several different condos in Kihei and finally decided Maui Vista has the best location for us. I would recommend this to any family of 4 that can get away with 1 bathroom. As mentioned, the Murphy bed is great and so much better than a pull out couch.
