'I give it a 3.0 rating. Most of the staff was great, a few mediocre. Rooms are a bit run down and aged. Hotel was generally clean for its age. I’m a Hilton person and compare it to a run down Hilton Doubletree. Food was below average - Luau food was comparable to a Golden Corral - almost inedible. Like airplane food on a domestic flight. Drinks at the Luau were disgusting, performance was good. I would not recommend this place unless you are on a strict budget. $600 per night!!! Spend...

'Just got back from the Westin KaAnapali Ocean Villas North and couldn’t be more happy with our stay. This is my third time booking with Vacation Candy for a trip to Hawaii. The Westin is so beautiful, right on the beach, steps from snorkeling, and just so perfect. We saw turtles right outside of the hotel! You can pack super light because you can use the washer and dryer in the room. Hitting up a Food Land and cooking a few meals at the Villas, or BBQing at the many spots around the resort also...

'Everything was great about this trip, but mostly our ocean front view and the location near Whalers Village. It was fantastic. The listing was accurate and everything was great in the place. My only complaint was the lack of service at the resort -- new Covid times means there is no service at the room. I asked someone to come and remove my trash and was told I had to take it out myself. And our room didn't get cleaned -- but that's not the fault of Vacation Candy or the owner, that's a Marriott...
