'It was so lovely. The only thing missing was a pasta strainer. My text messages and phone calls were answered promptly and I was given all of the right answers. We're from Virginia, and Hawaii has been a dream of mine since childhood. If I ever make it back, I will definitely stay here again. '

'We loved it here! A little hard to find, but very comfortable inside. Easy check in and checkout. Very conveniently located near the airport. It is a small room and we only stayed for one night, and probably wouldn’t be able to spend more than 2-3 nights here due to the small size. They go above and beyond to provide everything you need, including beach towels, coffee, water, bandaids, makeup remover, etc. Very welcoming and great customer service. 'Clean room, easy check in process, great property with great pool and little beach area to see turtles. We were on the third floor and had to carry all our suitcases up the flights of stairs but being able to see the whales off the Lanai every morning was worth it '

'Very close to the beach. Nice room, good ammenities. Had an AC in the room. Ice machine did not work sadly. Good place to explore the island but also relax a little in the Napili bay. Supermarket closeby. Loved our stay here. Would definitely come again.'

'John was fantastic and waited for me to arrive and helped guide me through the parking to get into the property. Any changes he made he made the effort to contact the massage therapist. The morning breakfast staff was attentive and helpful. Overall I would stay here again, if you are looking for peace, comfortable space and great staff then this is your future location while in Maui.'

'In short, we would stay again but there were pros and cons. Overall this is an epic oceanfront place and we had a great time. View from balcony, sunsets on the property, ocean noise and beach access were all 10/10. Wifi was fast and reliable. Parking situation and general grounds were very good. I did not care for the extremely thin window right above the master bed. Road noise woke me up a couple times each night without fail when some random person bombed down the street. Bed pillows...

'We are coming back very soon. The experience was tranquility in real time. We loved our Villa and the surrounding areas. The ocean view was magnificent and the shops in the area were perfect To keeping us well fed and content. We could highly recommend KBM to anyone seeking accommodations in Maui. '

'Great room size. Clean and up to date. Amazing view. The Hyatt Vacation Club is better than the main hotel. Pools are better, rooms are bigger - I mean, you get a full kitchen. Which also saves money when you cook because restaurants are so expensive there. If we stay in Kaanapali again, we’ll stay here again.'
