'This was our second visit to Maui, so we wanted to try something different; we chose something upcountry instead of on the beach this time. We will likely go back to the beach for future visits, because we really didn’t enjoy having to drive all the way back and change after spending time on the beach. 'The cutest hotel in the perfect location on Maui! Close to lots of local cafes and restaurants, and the beach was maybe a 10 minute drive away. The room itself was super cute and tasteful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We’ll be staying here again the next time we’re in Maui!'

'Not thrilled about the additional charge for amenities. Honestly, I didn’t even feel like they had that many. Very nice hotel friendly staff just thought the amenities fee and parking fees were pretty exorbitant.'

'We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The junior suite was spacious, clean and provided a view on the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and cool boxes are available to take to the beach. There is also a jacuzzi and small pool. Overall, a great stay in a quiet area of Maui.'

'Nona Lani Cottages are cute cottages in a wonderfull garden setting. The beach is just across the road. The owner is a lovely lady who is friendly and very helpfull. I like that it is a local business and not part a big company. If you are looking for privacy, amazing flowers, and some nice relaxing time, the cottages are a great choice. '

'Although it was just for one night, the hotel is amazing and the staff is so very helpful. The pictures on Expedia is incorrect. I requested a 2 queen bedroom. One of the pictures provided shows two queen beds and a living room, this is what I thought I was getting. Per hotel staff, picture is incorrect, they viewed the Expedia photo and apologized for the error, said the picture and description is incorrect.'

'Calm and peaceful'

'Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.'

'Grounds were beautiful. Beach view and access great. Quality of condo was in need of refreshing. Some broken doors, and in need of repair. The condo was clean.'

'Very close to the beach. Nice room, good ammenities. Had an AC in the room. Ice machine did not work sadly. Good place to explore the island but also relax a little in the Napili bay. Supermarket closeby. Loved our stay here. Would definitely come again.'
