'Very close to the beach. Nice room, good ammenities. Had an AC in the room. Ice machine did not work sadly. Good place to explore the island but also relax a little in the Napili bay. Supermarket closeby. Loved our stay here. Would definitely come again.'

'We reached during the storms, and were told the day before by the staff that all is well, so we did not cancel the trip. Although later we realized they had known about road blocks and staff taking off. When we called that we would be late as stuck in traffic block (flooding and damaged roads) and may not make it to the hotel since might have to stay on the other side of the road overnight, the best they came up with “we could waive off the late arrival fee”! The room was supposed to be “full...

'We enjoyed a partial view of the ocean from our balcony. We also appreciated Laundry facilities on the property. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We did notice that most of the time during our stay approximately half of the elevators were not working. Good thing we don't mind taking the stairs!'

'Very dirty hotel. Our carpet was disgusting with large dirt spots. There was dust everywhere. No soap when we came in. Light bulbs went off. Broken cabinets. Bathroom smelled like pee and the whole hotel smells humid overall. Braved to eat at the restaurant and there was a hair on my food. Stay somewhere else '

'The resort is beautiful! Absolutely nothing negative to say, the view, staff and the food, albeit expensive, it is well worth it! '

'Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! Bed is comfy but squeaky. Cons The walls are thin so we could everything upstairs and around. The only mirror in there was a small one...

'It is a good spit for a vocation! '

' The room didn’t really have a balcony, just a very narrow space about 12” wide that you could stand on, no chairs would fit. Also, the ocean view was very very small. These two things were very disappointing since the room was advertised as having a balcony. Our room smelled heavily like marijuana when we first arrived, and the toilet had not been cleaned. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were at 98% capacity, and there were no comparable rooms. So the value for what we paid...

'The resort was in the perfect location! We had a wonderful time walking up and down the beach and Whaler Village is literally right next to it less than five min walk. They had tons of shops and great food options! '
