The first week at Holiday Inn Express was exceptional service until I requested to extend my stay for another week. That's when I became extremely disappointed and disgusted. They informed me it would cost me an extra 50 dollars per night to stay. What the heck, that's how you treat a valuable customer. I would think there would be a discount! Here we are in our first night of the second week and all I hear is Young kids running up and down the hall wall at 10:20pm. I called the front desk and informed them, all they said we can pop up but all the kids will do is run away from them, so basically we have to put up with it. NOT the customer service I expected in the second week. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn. No recommendation here!
