'There was an incident where one of the cleaning staff knock on my door, upon answering she asked if i needed anything, i told her if she could come back in an hour's time which she responded no cos the cleaning staff closes in an hour's time. I told her i only needed my garbage emptied, she told me she was coming, i waited for almost an hour and decided to check whether she was out there. 'Voor ons is dit geen hotel wat een score heeft van 9. Voor gasten die meer hulpbehoevend zijn, zullen de trappen een hele uitdaging zijn. We hadden een 2 persoons bed gereserveerd en voor ons is een bed (type twijfelaar) geen 2 persoons bed. Bij uitcheck weinig belangstelling hoe we het ervaren hadden. '
