Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'Nice modern hotel. Loved the free drinks during social time 5-6pm. Friendly staff. Nice area with lots of entertainment and restaurants. Rooms are a bit noisy but you get earplugs if needed.'

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'Autumn checked us in and answered any questions we had at that time, and later on in the evening when we were trying to find our way around. We did request another pillow and two blankets and we came back into our room after dinner and house keeping had them waiting for us in the room. It was a nice and quiet stay.'
