'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'Once I arrived I was supposed to get a complimentary wine that was offered for my birthday at check in, had to call down twice to see where the wine was. Everything is ridiculously overpriced. A chicken sandwich is $21, no sides or drink. A small snicker bar was $8. You’re better off getting your own food and snacks from outside of the hotel. Also, dealt with a very rude employee that hung up in my face and when I explained the situation to a manager named Ava, she didn’t show much concern....

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'I always enjoy my spa experience at the Hotel Crescent Court. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I used the House car for my nearby reservations and I enjoyed riding in a brand new, clean upscale vehicle. The driver was pleasant and very helpful. He made our ride entertaining and enjoyable.'

'Eric at the front desk set us up with a fabulous room for our 38th anniversary, and a bottle of champagne. They provided transportation to restaurants and many other amenities. The staff was very courteous and professional. The 7th floor pool area was awesome, with a bar and very attentive servers. We really enjoyed ourselves, they made us feel like royalty.'

'Room was clean, bed was comfy, but the pool was packed! When I called to book this hotel I was asked about the pool party & was told that only hotel guest would be allowed to attend the pool party (no outside guest). That was not true they were letting non hotel guest in for 30.00 a person. This was very disappointing due to my family not being able to enjoy the pool due to sooooo many people….'
