Confusing because it’s right next to two other properties but other than that the experience was spectacular. I requested two beds and got them. Rooms were clean when I got in. It’s quiet even though the property is downtown. I never got the chance to walk outside at night but during day time walking to the DART felt pretty safe. Breakfast was great. They do have limited number of laundry machines but...

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. 'I could do with cleaner sheets, mine had yellow spots right in the center of the bed, and even a small burn hole on the fitted sheet which was just off putting at a hotel of this caliber but over all everything else was great. Sheets are just an ocd thing of mine. '

It was a nice hotel and we stayed for a day it was very nice we paid for a premium king bed room but unfortunately the AC did not work so we called the front desk and they helped us to a different room and we were lucky enough to get a suite! It was an awesome staff to help us from that little issue. I’d definitely stay again. First time stays get a complimentary drink or coffee and it was nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. '
