Pinnacle Retreat getaway

A very clean and delightful house to stay in for a relaxing few days away from home. Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you need. Very cosy and comfortable. We even got to see some wildlife theough the kitchen window! Deer, Kangaroo and fox!! Thanks for an unforgettable time away in the Pinnacle retreat.

Cottage was really inviting. Clean and warm. Close to everything. The only thing we would recommend is some more firewood otherwise we had a great stay.

Disappointed with Pinnacle Retreat

Vey disappointed regarding the cleanliness of the property. problems included mould in the shower, old ashes/logs left in the Coonara; dust on bedside tables; dust on window sills, rubbish near the bins at the front of the property. Considering there was a large 'cleaning fee' added to the already high rates, this is unacceptable. There was minimal toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. The beds were horrendously uncomfortable and mattress covers stained. If charging that much, a little care would be appreciated.

Great location, views and abundant wildlife. The only issues we had were the lack of dry firewood on the premises and a fiddly electric heater.

Quiet & Convenient

Quiet treed area off the main road. Reasonably comfortable walk to town. Comfortable seating & beds. Generally clean but a few areas a bit grubby. Would be good to have instruction manuals for all appliances and a working heater apart from the woodfire.
