'Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean. 'We were coming from Canada and the front desk clerk would not give us our reserved room because our passports did not contain visa stamps. The clerk would not accept that Canadians travel visa free to the US. When we asked for the written policy he said it’s on the website. When we saw that it isn’t he said it was given to him verbally by management. Looks like he was making it up as he went. After 15 minutes of arguing, the riled up clerk finally checked us in. '
