'My Husband and I planned a last minute trip to Jefferson, Tx and were able to book this beauty the night before our arrival! Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Communication was excellent as well. Location was nice and within walking distance to most attractions. We stayed Fri-Sun and while the town seemed fairly busy (limited parking/full tables at most restaurants and shops), we had no issues with noise, or even light. 'Perfect New Years Eve stay!! '

'We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern, clean cabin with wonderful outdoor spaces, right on the Big Cypress River. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of sofa space for our group of 7. Location was ideal too--a quick and easy 10 min drive to Caddo Lake State Park, and Marshall was a quick 30 minute trip for groceries and Starbucks. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!'

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail of the house was immaculate. The host was outstanding—always quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout our stay.
