'We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, all the linens & towels were good quality, and it's a good location if you want to take a walk right from the house or drive a short distance to hiking trails. We didn't get to try the area restaurants because most aren't open in the evenings but they looked good. Many of the available properties while historical and quaint were not practical for older adults (I.e. clawfoot tubs or 1 bathroom) Ryan has done an amazing job of modernizing this duplex so that we all had spacious and cozy bedrooms, updated shared space, identical bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and well-appointed clean kitchens. 'Great accommodations within walking distance of downtown. We were visiting for our Auburn PhDs' graduation ceremony, and the house was perfect for allowing family to stay together. The space is well appointed and decorated. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. The railroad is close enough to hear the whistles -- it didn't bother us, but pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The host was great at communicating with us, and everything was as advertised.'

'Called the house guest when traveling to see if the check in time was central or eastern time but couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Went to the property after 4 on central time and entered the house and the security alarm went off. Was able to find a number to call in a Vrbo email to contact someone.
