Newly built structure in 2023, have a modern elevation with easy digital access to home, modern finished bottom to top on all levels, specious bedrooms for whole family.

Accommodation
House can easily accommodate 7 to 9 people.

Extra Guests
During your stay, the home is all yours. So any extra guests are welcome to stay.

If you will have any additional request including extra mattress, please do not hesitate to inquire.

Parking
Can easily park Two vehicles, One in the garage (ask us code, if you would like to park in garage), another on driveway.
Guest parking is available for more parking spots. AND YES, ALL FREE with your stay.

Living Room
A comfy/cozy living room for whole family to curl up, read a book, game time or watch a movie.

Kitchen
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for making breakfast to preparing full family meals. You will enjoy top brands appliances with a full size gas range and oven, a countertop microwave, a large French door fridge and double dishwasher. Specious cabinetry where you can find pots and pans, baking dishes, toaster, utensils , storage containers for leftovers, drinking glasses, plates & cups, dish towels, sharp knives & Keurig with coffee.

Dining Room
Enjoy a great meal at the dining room table! for whole family! Or get together with your family/friends to play cards or a board game. Or tackle a puzzle!

Balcony
Fully private balcony with privacy mirrors all over but great view of mall across home. Enjoy sitting on balcony chairs to enjoy some sunshine and gossip with family & friends.

First floor also has a powder room to use for your needs.

Master Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed & attached 3 pc Bathroom
The master bedroom is located at the front of the home on the second floor. It offers a queen size bed with 10 inches mattress & 2 soft pillows for good comfortable sleep. It also has large side table and night lamp. There is a walk in closet with hangers & racks for all your clothing needs. It also comes with 3 pc washroom with rain head shower and all toiletries for your need. Sleep two.

Young Bedroom - 1 Double Bed
The young bedroom is located at the back of the home on the second floor. It offers a double size bed with memory foam mattress, 2 soft pillows for good comfortable sleep. This room has a side table and closet with hangers & racks for all your clothing needs. Easily sleep two.

Kids Bedroom - 1 Twin Bunk Bed
The kid bedroom is located at the back of the home on the second floor. It offers a twin size bunk bed with stairs for upper bed and two memory foam mattress, one for upper bed and one for lower bed, 1 soft pillow for each bed. The beautiful monkey art on the wall enlighten the room. This room has a closet with hangers & racks for all your cloth needs. Easily sleep two.

Main Bathroom
Enjoy the use of the complimentary shampoo, body soap, hand soap, towels in main bathroom located on second floor just in front of stairs in upper hallway. It's a 3 pc bathroom with huge tub to relax and take a bath to refresh.

Guest Bedroom - 1 Double bed + 1 Sofa come Bed & attached 2 pc washroom
The guest bedroom is located at ground floor towards back of the home with double access, one from front stairs which goes down to the room and second direct from garage. It offers a double size sofa come bed (use extra pillow from second floor linen). It also comes with office desk to work and comfortable ergonomic office chair. This room also has an attached 2 pc washroom, access to backyards.

WIFI available throughout the home. The Guest bedroom has an office desk & chair so you can have a closed office space to get some quiet work done.

Laundry + Cleaning
Washer and dryer are provided and are on first floor. We provide laundry detergent for your stay. We also provide, a vacuum, mop and broom should you need to clean up any spills.

SUPPLIES for Stays longer than one week:
We'll get you started with items such as toilet paper, soap, detergent and cleaning supplies; however you will be responsible for purchasing additional supplies beyond one week.
