No hot water (booked a jacuzzi suite and couldnt use it), no heat control, air conditioner disgusting, couldnt have tv on if lights were off as the tv was ran on same electrical as lights, couldnt get the internet from our room, and so.much more.... staff was friendly.

Do not stay at this place. As soon as you walk in to the bathroom there are cockroaches walking around everywhere. It's quite disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place

I didnt like the beds super uncomfortable also the units beside me were loud and walls are thin so you hear everything i did like how easy it was to book the stay and parking was super convenient

Disgusting Hotel. Stayed in one of the rooms at this property for 3 nights. I am so sorry to say the property doesnt show the value of its name. It was dirty as hell. no outdoor mat to keep snow or salt from getting inside the room. Totally unsafe as the Deadbolt of main door latch on to tiny little corner thing which was moving just by a tug. Room was full of dirt and tiny body hairs. Heaters are kind of baseboard i guess they work on hot water thing all of those penals were rusted. corners of all the heater covers were bent outward. we had to wear our shoes inside all the time keep our feet safe from dirt or cuts from those bent covers. coming to washroom. the Toilet takes forever to flush, tub tap was hanging to its end and hairs were tangled onto the knob to pull for shower. gaps between tiles around bathtub was full of mold . I have never seen such disgusting hotel in My life

It was advertised to have a nice tub when it was a little tub. There were stains on my bed and everything looks broken down and the door frame to the bathroom was disgusting. The only pop machine had no pop and gave me 4 quarters for my Twonie and the staff did not help me. Never will I stay here again

Unbelievably friendly, helpful & charming staff :)
I found myself in a difficult personal situation and needed to find a place to stay quickly and found the Knights Inn. The rooms have all the basics that I needed, the price is affordable for any budget and the convenience of having parking directly in front of your room, was an added ease to my mind. I hadn’t anticipated actually living in a motel for multiple months, but I was extremely grateful for everything that they provided. The guy at reception was so welcoming and always made sure I felt safe & ensured my room was available everytime I extended my stay. And I simply cannot even put into words, just how amazing Shelly, the cleaning staff, was to me. She’s such a beautiful soul and an incredibly thoughtful & hard worker! I never worried about needing anything when she was there and her warm smile & infectious laugh were things I looked forward to every day! It isn't the Ritz-Carlton or anything fancy like that, but who really needs all the flashy stuff anyways?! I was met with sincere and honest people and given a feeling of safety and genuine connection, that no fancy hotel has ever done for me. The staff at the Knights Inn actually care about you as a person and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible! I can honestly say that I miss my room and the little family that I had with them, so my eventual departure was bittersweet! I appreciate everything they did for me & I’m grateful that they were the venue that I found in my time of need!

This place just felt “off” somehow. Room was terrible—very old furnishings, did not feel clean. We only needed a bed to sleep in, but next time I would pay more and stay somewhere else. Could not wait to get out of there.

The room was nice but noticed bugs every time I used the bathroom. The next morning when my partner and I were getting our belongings together we noticed a bug in the sheets. Overall our stay was fine, but there is certainly a cleanliness issue that needs to be addressed.

I booked a room for 5 nights to leave after nights cause of the bed bugs. Which I had to seek medical attention because I’m allergic!!!!!! They only refunded me the nights that I didn’t sleep there (3) and I had to fight for that third night for them to reimburse me. Absolutely no compensation for all the laundry I had to do that night before heading to a new hotel. Worst stay ever!!!!!!

I am sorry we can not refund all the money as you already stayed three nights and we can't give all three nights free. We called pest control and they can't find any bugs as we have a contract with them.

There were some problems but the staff and manager were super nice and accommodating. They did the best to make sure i was happy and for that i gave them three stars! Otherwise its a motel and you get what you pay for but i have been to cleaner motels

Thank you for your feedback. We have free coffee in the lobby. For Zacuzzi you have to book that room. we have only one room with a hot tub.In the near future, we will have coffee in the room.

It was good value for the price. After running in a nearby race, we were able to secure complimentary late checkout for cleanup. Friendly staff. Convenient for driving to nearby Confederation Park, down the QEW highway. The outside light shined into the room for awhile during bedtime. No bath mat. Bed mattress was clean but substandard. Some wear and tear markings on walls and floor. BUT, a good place to stay for minimum funds.
