Enjoy your memorable escape in this 1500 square foot, bright, airy 2 bedroom separate basement retreat situated near the Niagara escarpment in world-renowned wine country. This is the perfect place to relax and recharge after exploring the best this area has to offer including shopping, restaurants, wineries, breweries, beaches, and hiking trails. 5 minutes to the beach and hiking trails, 25 minutes to breathtaking Niagara Falls, 30 minutes to the US border, and 50 minutes to Downtown Toronto.

This new stylish, spacious, comfortable, peaceful, and bright 2 bedroom basement suite is located in our custom built home and fully separate so you can enjoy your privacy.

It’s a fantastic accommodation for couples, groups, families, and business travelers alike, seeking a place to call home while away from home.

Overall, we had a good stay at this home! It offered plenty of amenities and was in a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. That said, we were quite disappointed by the extra guest fee. Only three of us stayed, and with four beds, the house could easily accommodate six people. It didn’t really make sense to be charged extra per guest beyond two. When we asked the host about it, they explained it was due to additional cleaning costs, such as bed making. This was a bit concerning, as we would expect all beds to be cleaned and prepared between stays, regardless of whether they were used. Aside from that issue, our experience was positive

Wonderful stay in Grimsby!

We booked this stay so we could be close to the Falls and not too far from Toronto for our TS concert. It exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind, had welcome brochures, kitchen snacks and put a lot of thought into what guests would need during their stay. The location was in a nice neighborhood. We grocery shopped at near by Food Basics & cooked breakfast every morning. We fed the seagulls & ducks at Forty Mile park.

Stunning Basement Apartment!

We were so happy with our stay here! Allen was very communicative and an incredibly kind host. He was accommodating and allowed us to check-in a couple hours early so we could attend our friend's wedding. We had a lovely stay here. Comfortable, clean, convenient, cute and classy

Layout was perfect to have my older Mother stay closer to the exit door and for my husband and myself to stay on other side of the whole level. In between the space was a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and freezer which came in handy. I wish it wasn’t chilly in the morning so I could benefit from the outdoor hot tub. The rainfall shower made up for it. Lots of vineyards in the area. We went to Cave Creek vineyard for a wedding and the wine and food was delicious there. I would enjoy staying here again.
