'We have stayed at most of the nice resorts in Bermuda but what separates this property from the others is not just the beachfront pink sand beach with no shuttle needed but that it is a family run business. It really makes a difference. It is not corporate at all - it feels very personable. The owners are very present and very friendly and really go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and are having a good time. We had an issue where the room below us had a bunch of chain smokers....

'This hotel has a great location. The staff in general were great, with the noted exception of the front desk which managed to mess up the most of the 14 rooms we had for our group. No ownership of issues, happy to blame us for booking too many rooms. The restaurant food was good, not great. The service in the restaurant and bar was fantastic. Pool arean and beachfront were very good. '
