'All in all, the house was totally fine. We stayed here in April of 2024 as a group of 12 guys for a golf trip. The house provided 12 beds which was really nice. That along with the location to local golf courses were the two best attributes of the house. The downside of this house (at least for a large group) is that there really isn't anywhere in the house where everyone can hang out together. 'Comfortable, clean, and amazingly well stocked... Bandaids, condiments, extra bedding, etc. We loved being on the water...beautiful. One note: our gps took us to a phantom spot. Even when we called on a local contact who helped us find the complex, the unit numbering system is wonky. Actually, apparently all round the Pinehurst area is weird with the GPS , so be prepared for that. We were using our usually dependable everywhere Google GPS, by the way. We would and probably will stay there...
