Besides the thin walls and the weird smells in the hallways, the room was clean, everything worked and you get exactly what you pay for. Front desk was friendly and answered all of our questions. 'Het is een historisch gebouw. Op de zeer koude winterse dagen was de kant van de ramen wel koud in de kamer maar de verwarming was makkelijk naar een hogere temperatuur te zetten.
Het is een bijzonder charmant hotel met een zeer service gerichte staff. Een aanrader.'

'First visit and it will not be the last. Cool, renovated historic property. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and good breakfast included with the room. 'Best hotel ever! Everyone that works there is angelic! And the beds and pillows and views and pool and gym…. I could go on. But the help there is even better- like seriously!!!! Only thing to keep in mind is to get to the pool kinda early if u want a chair. Otherwise there’s a waitlist. Worth it though! '

'Really nice hotel in a really nice area. Great coffee in the room. We loved using the hotel bikes to get around.
Parked on the street because even with metered parking it was $6/day (on a weekend) as opposed to $35 they were charging (meters are on 8am-10pm so remember to set your alarm every 4 hours).
Overall, our stay was great EXCEPT for one thing. The fact that their pool has been under renovation for several months and NOWHERE on their website or on hotels.com is this mentioned left us...
