'Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.'

'AC unit is flooding the sidewalk and parking lot. This is just as you arrive to the hotel. Inside the hotel the ice machine is flooding the hallway. Clean pool. Clean room. Comfy bed, I like the firm mattress. Breakfast was your standard cheap as can be free breakfast. Microwave heated egg patties, sausage patties. Biscuits but no gravy. Walmart brand yogurt cups.
