'Constructive feedback: The communication was poor prior to our stay, but when we reached out needing basic essentials like TP and trash bags the 1st full day there, we got a timely response. The pool table isn't level as there is a huge crack in the side. Not as much fun to play on when the balls roll constantly. 'Response was good when we had trouble with the door lock. The washer leaked and we had to go downstairs from the kitchen to use the microwave. Much smaller than we anticipated and several stairs for us old folks. Accommodations were clean but overly decorated crowded with furniture and accessories. Very, very small fenced in area for the dog and several pieces of furniture in the area. '
