Dit huis (10-12 personen) en indien nodig kan worden gehuurd samen met een ander huis op het terrein indien beschikbaar, HomeAway 3930056 (6-9 personen)

Airconditioning in slaapkamers voor 2019. De open ruimte in de woonkamer heeft veel ramen met uitzicht op het water en is comfortabel met fans.

Breed open lucht, bubbelbad onder de sterren, buitendouche, vriendelijke, persoonlijke woning met funky meubels en nieuwe badkamers - allemaal op een open baai met een uitzicht van 190 graden. Je kunt van het dek zwemmen, gekampeerd raken of een korte afstand naar de stranden van de oceaan of de rustige baai rijden. Pas gerenoveerde keuken van de chef-kok, alle nieuwe bedden met traagschuim. Een nieuwe speelkamer met een pooltafel. Een jeu de boulesbaan, pingpong, strandspellen en kajaks vanaf 16 jaar. Nabijgelegen watersporten zijn diepzee-visexcursies, lokale visvangst (een eenvoudig te verkrijgen vergunning is vereist) en jetskiverhuur. Er zijn veel openbare golfbanen binnen 15 minuten rijden. Tijdens de maanden juli en augustus is onze huurperiode van donderdag tot donderdag.
Verschillende restaurants liggen op loopafstand van het huis - The Edgewater - Italiaans eten met uitzicht, Cowfish - Aan het kanaal, kijken boten en zonsondergang voorbij, Out of the Blue verkoopt gekookte kreeften te gaan, The Canal Cafe - aan het water in een eersteklas jachthaven, beroemd om zijn Lobster Roll en de prachtige jachthaven, The Hampton Maid - het beste ontbijt in de Hamptons en een leuke landelijke omgeving. En dat is op loopafstand. Een kwart mijl verderop ligt de uitstekende Raw Bar in het Meschutt Beach State Park, met elke avond livemuziek (zomer) en een complete bar en een openluchtrestaurant, om nog maar te zwijgen over een mooie zonsondergang boven de North Fork en zijn eilanden. Ook Rumbas, een kleurrijk Caribisch restaurant dat gespecialiseerd is in rumbrouwsels die het hele jaar open zijn. Het hele jaar door verhuur, populair in het laagseizoen met zakelijke groepen die projecten doen in de Hamptons, Bridal en Baby Showers (sorry, geen bruiloften alsjeblieft), wijngaard tour groepen en gedenkwaardige familiebijeenkomsten van alle soorten. Terrific Beach House!

Stayed for a blustery President’s Weekend with grandparents, college and high school kids, and dogs. Great house for a multi-generational, pet-friendly vacation with knock-out views. Would love to return in the spring or summer!

Christmas by the Bay

Wonderful throw back beach house..nothing fancy but very comfortable and the views are amazing! Loved spending our Christmas Holiday relaxing by the bay..and the year round hot tub was up and running when we got there! Perfect spot..will definitely go back next year!

Magnificent View

The home was everything that the pictures and description portrayed. My group and I loved having our coffee on the back desk while watching the sun rise. Simply magnificent location with lots to do within a short drive. I highly recommend this property. We're looking forward to renting it again in the future. Thank you v to the host. House is spacious with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Tons of games and activities. Could easily be entertained for several days. And it's right on the water. What's better than to have breakfast overlooking the beautiful bay.

We had a great time at this property. The location and views were amazing. There was a lot to do right there with the Bocce court, Ping Pong table, Game Room and Kayaks. The size was perfect for the whole family.

Fantastic spot!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful house! Nicely stocked kitchen & farmhouse-style dining areas, astonishingly beautiful view of the Shinnecock Bay from the gorgeous deck, and fun activities abound here. We loved the hot tub, the game room, the bocce court, and the fire pit. Cool art, interesting decor, and fascinating book collection, combined with the delightful views of bird life made it feel like we’d stumbled on to a very sweet unusual sanctuary. Our host Reginald was great to deal with. We hope to come back with the extended family, this house will be fantastic for a group. We can’t wait to return in the warm weather to enjoy the watercraft and fishing!

80th bday celebration

Our stay was just as relaxing and "no pressure" as I hoped it would be. The location right on the bay was amazing and close enough to wineries, restaurants and markets. We enjoyed evening sunset and morning sunrise on back deck overlooking water. House could use some sprucing up but overall it was comfortable and clean. Owner was attentive to any inquiries I had.

we had a wonderful experience in this house overlooking the bay. the deck was to die for, plenty of seating for sun worshiping and shade lovers. we ate all meals outside. the game room was so much fun. It’s a beach house, so it’s a little run down….. could use some TLC … but the views don’t get any better. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Loved our stay at the Anchor house!

This house is so fantastic. So peaceful, so much space, and such incredible views! It's so close to the water, it feels like you're on a boat. The location was fantastic, and we had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy our time together. There's also plenty to do between the game room, the hot tub, and a big collection of books. Communication and checkin was seamless. Can't wait to come back!
