'The Fairfield Inn & Suites McDonough, GA is an outstanding hotel. The staff, Ms. Brandi at the front desk was helpful, knowledgeable & very kind. The amenities were great. Ms. Shay in the breakfast area was so sweet. She made us feel welcomed, offered assistance & made sure we had what we needed. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!'

'The staff was very friendly and available as needed for any questions or needs. The breakfast was above average with everything hot and quantities kept up with demand. As for the room, it was very dated and had not been well maintained. Bath tub / shower faucet leaked a steady stream. AC was either on full blast (and noisy) or off . Carpets showed lots of wear. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Parking was good and convenient.'

'Not somewhere I would stay again. We arrived late, around 10 pm. Front desk clerk was preparing the coffee pots for the next morning. Rather than pause that non-urgent task to get us checked in, we waited about 5-10 mins for her to come to the desk and check us in. The room was clean but there were a couple of issues. The shade wouldn’t pull down, so we slept with street lights in our eyes all night. There was not a single cup in the room so you couldn’t even get a sip of water to take a pill.'

'Best hotel experience we’ve had. And best hotel in the McDonough area by far. The staff is amazing and really makes you feel at home. So fresh and clean with excellent breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!!'
