Gelegen aan 23 B St direct tegenover het strand en de promenade, kunt u het vuurwerk zien zonder het appartement te verlaten, aangezien het aan de overkant van het gebouw ligt. ik heb het gebouw net gekocht en het is de eerste keer dat ik het als wekelijkse verhuur gebruik. Controleer mijn andere eigenschappen om er zeker van te zijn dat mijn gasten altijd genieten van hun verblijf (HA 4442398), (HA 7488625).

 8 appartementen alle eenheden heeft 2 slaapkamers. Volledige keuken met alle voorzieningen, complete badkamer met bad. woonkamer heeft plafondventilator en raam AC. de slaapkamer heeft 1 queensize bed. Tweede slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden, en een extra eenpersoonsbed, kabel-tv en internet. Alle eenheden zijn bijna identiek waarin we de een voor de ander kunnen uitwisselen. als je de voorkeur geeft aan de 1e verdieping, laat het me weten, de eerste verdieping is goed voor ouderen en gehandicapten. huisdieren zijn tegen betaling welkom. we bieden 1 parkeerplaats per eenheid, we kunnen extra parkeren voor extra kosten. ons parkeren is krap als je een grote vrachtwagen hebt, laat het ons weten om een grotere plek op de parkeerplaats te regelen.

Overall, everything was okay. My huge complaint is the smoking. Our neighbors chain smoked and it just stunk up our whole place all weekend! They were also incredibly loud - the walls are paper thin. Move the disgusting smoking chimney thing to the side of the building away from all the rooms

Good place to stay for a weekend getaway - close to beach and strip.

We liked our "apartment" stay and our only complaint is that the bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke and I didn't know we wouldn't be supplied with towels. My bad on the second part. Otherwise it was a great place close to Flamingo Coffee on the corner and the strip just a short walk away.

Great location

There’s so much to do in Hampton Beach and it can all be done from this location. The property is not a five star hotel. It is a basic place to sleep and shower while at the beach.

Property is as described! No surprises!!

We have rented from Sami before at this same location and property is as described. Sami is a very attentive Manager and always around and seen frequently onsite. Property works for out family and prefer the location. We try to come back to this location every year!

Would not reccomend!

Although the property manager is very responsive, I would not recommend this rental, especially for a family. Our room had a dirty paper plate under the bed and a paper plate with a half eaten piece of pizza in the dresser drawer. The space could use updates and the sofa and bed are extremely hard. The bunk bed clearly has some screws loose as it squeaks with every movement. Also, the window in the bedroom with the bunkbed looks out into an alley with all the supplies for the apartment complex. You can also see directly into the bedroom of the room next door. Again, would not recommend.

5 min walk to beach/boardwalk out of all the DAILY PARADE OF VEHICLES. Nice and quiet relaxed location. I wish there were more towels and linens. Definitely could use some sprucing up and a fresh coat of paint. Sami was very friendly and nice. He was always on site.Needs better furniture and a table and chairs for chilfren seating. All in all i liked the place .

Great Location!

Unit is a little dated and could use some updates but the location makes up for it and it was priced accordingly. Sami communicated well and was very responsive to a few issues that came up. He was very accommodating and was availbale most of the stay which was great. If you are not picky and are looking to be in the midst of the action this is the place to stay!

Dumpy Hampton Beach Drug Den

When I booked, I certainly didn’t expect anything fancy. I did expect family friendly accommodations and cleanliness based off of the reviews. There were stains on the comforters. The couches were covered in dark covers that haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long. The ac output wasn’t connected to anything so there back was blowing out hot air in the middle of a heat wave. Apparently, there is a disclaimer of this on the rental door, but not on the VRBO listing. It reeked of cigarette smoke, which the owner denies, but why would I make that up? I wanted to spend a few days at Hampton with my family, and it was so skeevy that we couldn’t even let our children sleep there. The floors were filthy. My kids feet were black from walking around barefoot for 20 minutes. We checked out as of 10A. The owner refuses to work with me on letting me get a refund. I’m not sure how these reviews are accurate. It is an overpriced drug den at best.

The apartment was located in a great area. We were a block away from the Main Street. My family and I were able to walk right up the street and participate in all the happenings. We would do it again but not for a family reunion, maybe for a getaway.
