'The lighthouse is a cozy, space efficient, welcoming cottage with amazingly comfortable bed. There is also a great porch with outdoor furniture for dining as well as a nice little wagon that you can pull to the beach with beach chairs and some sand toys . The kitchen is stocked with everything one could need to dine in. The location is just a couple of blocks from Main Street, we didn’t need our car at all once we got there. 'John is the best host in Hampton. He provides clean modern rooms at a fair price right across from the beach and leaves you alone. Of course you need to be respectful of the property, that should go without saying of course. Some people they don’t understand that concept but barring that, it’s a peaceful place for you to go and enjoy your vacation at a reasonable price and it’s right across from the beach.
