'Excellent facilities, great location, and great communications with owner.Small but comfortable apartment, dated but sufficient kitchen. '

'House was clean. The hosts were very kind and responsive and helped deal with any issues in a timely fashion. Bathrooms are extremely small and would not be well suited for larger individuals. The driveway is a good size for smaller vehicles. My GMC 2500 fit but was snug getting in and out of the truck. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider it again. '

'Property was as described in listing. Spacious garage studio with plenty of room for 2 people for 2 nights. Property is remote but fit our needs as we were visiting friends in the area. Host was communicative upon check in but we did not interact otherwise. Clean and well equipped with nice bed linens and fluffy towels. Would stay again. I will mention that a larger individual might have a problem with the small shower stall. '

'It was a pleasure to stay at Josue's apartment. He was very communicative and check in was a breeze. It was open and spacious, very clean and located near the highway making easy access to the local area. We would highly recomend it if you are in the Manchester, NH area. '

'Jerry was very friendly and welcoming; he made sure I knew where everything was and let me borrow his hiking guides to plan my next day. Very helpful! The place itself is as advertised. The bed was comfortable, the unit had an individual AC/heat unit, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, I would stay again if I were back in the area. '

'Beautiful property, well kept, with great views of Paugus Bay. Easy parking, quiet area. Nice touches with amenities like an air fryer, Roku TV, and comfortable chairs to enjoy the view. We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed this stay as well. Will probably rebook in the future. Bathroom is just the right size, and clean. Host is accessible, but not overbearing/helicopter-y. '

'The location was good and the property was nice. My rental was on the second floor but I had to climb a full flight of stairs to get to the first level and another flight to get to second. At my age (77) I don’t do stairs well when I have to carry my stuff up two flights! That’s my problem not the property’s. The only other thing that I found unpleasant was that there was no storage and very cluttered with the beach chairs and boogie boards at the door and vacuum and mops in the corner of the...
