"Great stay on a beautiful location."

"Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "

"Het huisje was leuk ingericht maar vooral de vloer was ontzettend vies. We hoorden later dat dit komt omdat er ook honden in het huisje mogen. Toen we er wat van zeiden werd er wel meteen schoongemaakt met heel veel chloor. Het huisje is erg klein maar wel knus, geen ruimte om kleding op te hangen. Het keukentje heeft geen gootsteen of toaster. De badkamer heeft een flinke opknapbeurt nodig. De badkraan hing half los en het bad heeft veel schade. "
