'Good location for walking to main street with shops. Kitchen was nicely renovated; other furniture a bit tired. Communication with management company was good.'

'Amenities were great especially the hot tub and nearby Saco River beach. Room was clean and modern. Pizza was delicious at Matty B’s. Also great place to launch from for Mt. Washington auto road or cog railroad. Payment structure and cleaning fees were a little confusing, but this was our first VRBO.'

'This cabin is in an excellent location, very secluded and private but still close to awesome sights and hiking trails. We were here for fall foliage and it was nice to come ‘home’ & build a fire in the fireplace on chilly nights. The cabin is very cozy & comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. This property does not have a washer/dryer but there is a great laundromat close by in North Conway if needed. We would definitely come back!'

'House is not child or elderly friendly. Had issues at check in getting into home. Had power outage while there no flashlights or light source at property. I requested to stay an additional 2 days for business, was told they would check availability and get back to me. They never did! Had to send message because no one had picked up garbage for over 2 weeks. Also, no wash clothes on site?'
