Stadswoning met 3 slaapkamers (7 personen) in de exclusieve eilandsectie van Hampton Beach. "NIET EEN STRAND VERBLIJF"
Check-in is zaterdag om 14.00 uur en check-out is de volgende zaterdag om 09.00 uur. Gelegen op steenworp afstand van de oceaan! Home heeft 3 slaapkamers; Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer met douche. De andere twee slaapkamers hebben Full size bedden. De woonkamer is ruim met uittrekbare slaapbank / eetkamer, 1 ligbad (bad) en 2-3 / 4 baden (douches). Gehele woning heeft hardhouten vloeren en alle baden hebben tegelvloeren. Aanrechtbladen in de keuken en alle baden zijn graniet. Keukenkasten zijn esdoorn met mooie details. Condos hebben centrale lucht, 2 dekken; elk uit woonkamers en grote slaapkamers, beide met uitzicht op de oceaan! Zacht zandstrand is letterlijk STAPPEN verwijderd. Strand ligt direct naast het Hampton Beach State Park. Wasserette en een gemak / gasopslag bevinden zich aan de overkant van de straat voor uw behoeften. Borg vereist. Niet-rokers huizen. Geen huisdieren toegestaan. Twee gasgrills en picknicktafels bevinden zich in gemeenschappelijke ares. Buitendouche is ook in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Volledig van toepassing voor al uw behoeften. Parkeerplaats voor 3 auto's in totaal; met een garage voor 2 wagens onder. Niets zo luxueus als dit herenhuis in de omgeving en in een zeer rustige straat. Breng uw lakens, kussenslopen, handdoeken en toiletartikelen mee. Borg vereist voor verblijf.

Short walk to beach, restaurants and boardwalk activity so location was great. Nice open floor plan on first floor, balcony access on two floors. Bedrooms are good size and 3 full baths. Worked great for our family. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Spacious, comfortable beach house

The house was just like it was listed. There was plenty of room to spread out and have your own space, 3 bathrooms was a huge plus when there’s 6 adults. We enjoyed the balconies for outdoor time. The gas grill was convenient too. Best of all was the short walk to the beach! In addition to all these benefits is 3 parking spaces and air conditioning! Great property!

This is our second time at this property so we knew what to expect. The location is excellent being on the beach side of Ocean Blvd. Due to storm damage the beach was narrower than usual this year. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to the seashell and casino area. The property is quiet and comfortable.

Listing is accurate. Clean, open, spacious. Easy walk to the beach a few hundred yards down the dead end street. We recommend watching the fireworks on Wednesday night from the beach near the house. Avoid the crowds. Very convenient. 10 minute walk to the heart of the boardwalk. Garage parking is very unusual at the beach, but handy. Balcony was great for evening relaxing. Owners are around and checked to make sure everything was OK. You can tell they care about the property and guests. Our only recommendation is sunblocking curtains as the sun really comes into the bedrooms early each morning. Would be great to have a washer/dryer I. The unit but we understand why there isn’t. Overall great week at the beach with grandkids.

We had a relaxing week of vacation at the beach. This townhouse is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and also an easy walk to the boardwalk. It was very clean and spacious. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. We loved the proximity to the beach and the walking distance to the boardwalk area while maintaining a peaceful quiet atmosphere by the townhouse. Our only disappointment was not knowing we needed to provide our own beach chairs.

Relaxing week away in a very clean / quiet area.

Property was very clean for Hampton Beach area, I've stayed in a couple of rundown places only for a night or two but this was nothing like your normal place. The neighborhood was very quiet and Georgia was amazing, she was right there to take care of our small issue with the cable connection. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family vacation. All you really need is food, sheets, towels and personal items as everything else was there. I was able to clean before we left due to many cleaning items supplied. Thank you Georgia for a very relaxing, stress free week away from home. An outdoor shower is available to wash the dirt off before going in if needed. 2 grills are supplied but we never did use these, maybe next time. I suggest you fold your mirrors in before entering the garage as it is a tight fit but we were able to park 2 cars and there was still room in the driveway for a third when needed. We all would definitely recommend this property and property manager to anyone looking for a stress-free relaxing vacation. So glad it was smoke free too.
