'Perfect place at Hampton Beach for our 4th of July getaway. Walking distance to beach but far enough away from strip so it was quiet to sleep. Would recommend this place especially if you have kids. Sean was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. '

'We had a beautiful weekend in the quaint and welcoming town of Rockport in this historic, well preserved, comfortable home. Victor was a great and responsive host, our group of 8 professional touring acoustic musicians has a great weekend stay. The 9 full bedrooms and 3.5 baths worked out perfect for our group. 'What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....
