'The bed was very uncomfortable, to the point I barely slept; and my body was sore the next morning. Hotel guests were loud and noisy. This Hilton stay did not meet the standard, I’m used to. As a result of such a disappointing stay, I checked out a day before I was due to leave.'

'I was on a family outing and we were promised to stay in the same building we did everything front desk told us to call a few days before the stay. Only for our family to to be everything but together. We ended up in 3 different building. One of the rooms had someone in the room when they got to the room. The WiFi was awful. On top of that and when one of my family members came to check on my the guard turned him away. This was very disappointing'

'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '
