Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs.'

'This was the perfect spot for us for a quick weekend stay in Hampton Bays. Close to Ponquoge Beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Great size for our group of four. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because we didn’t get the good weather, but we will be back. Good value for price. Irina was excellent at communicating. We loved our short stay here. Would highly recommend to my friends.'

The downstairs kitchen has been removed and was being converted to a living space with Murphy bed, which wasn’t quite ready on arrival. While the house appeared generally clean, the oven was dirty and the fridge contained half-used condiments.
